Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the then-current price for the same billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month. No refunds after that or on renewals. Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a parse or render?
A parse is when we analyze a dependency tree from a package or manifest file. A render is when we generate the visual representation. Both are counted against your monthly limits.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, your new rate takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens when I hit my limits?
You'll receive a warning when approaching your limits. Once exceeded, new requests are temporarily throttled until the next month. Your existing data and renders remain accessible.
Do you offer discounts for open source projects?
Yes! Open source maintainers get Pro features for free. Contact us with your project details.
